Weekend Doings At Strictly Locals

Friday and Saturday are event nights at Strictly Locals artist exchange and galleria, located at 4866 N. Clark. Please help support a new business in our 'hood and enjoy their unique offerings.  If we want to keep our storefronts occupied, you gotta get out there and take advantage of their presence.

Tonight: Bottles and Brushes. Once again, Bottles and Brushes takes over Strictly Locals, bringing their signature paint supplies, including acrylic paint, brushes, aprons, and 16x20 canvases, as well as, the ARTIST. You'll paint with the assistance of the artist and each take home your masterpieces! Come view our artwork before hand and receive 10% off on any purchases. Appetizers begin at 6:00pm. Painting is from 6:30-9:30pm. This event is also BYOB! $40; includes complimentary appetizers, step-by-step instruction from a local artist to recreate original art work by Allison Liffman (http://www.allisonliffmanart.com/), all painting supplies, and a 16x20 for you to take home.  Sign up here.

SaturdayStrictly Comedy.  We had over 70 ATTENDEES last month, and this month promises to deliver once again. Three of Chicago's best comedians takes over Strictly Locals. Join us for Laugh Out Loud humor from Bill Bunker, Dan Brennan, and last but certainly not least, Michael Issac. 

We'll start the show at 8pm, but we're opening our gallery doors at 7pm, for patrons to view wonderful artwork from the Strictly Locals Artist Collective (S.L.A.C).  $10. (Beer and Wine available - $20/$30)
