Another reader reports at 7:30pm: "North and Southbound LSD remain open, but many cars have had a difficult time making it up the Montrose Northbound LSD ramp. Now, two snow plows are positioned to block northbound oncoming cars, which are forced to U-turn under the Montrose LSD overpass to return to Marine Drive. All 3 other ramps remain open at this intersection. Snow plows just started their multi-lane formation snow sweeps of Northbound LSD."
