ReplyDeleteQwerty and Lyda are correct. Back in 1928, the building was home to the Argyle Clark Garage; hence, the little wheels of terra cotta.
Bragging rights to Lyda and Qwerty. Hope the little wheels weren't painted over, as Qwerty mentioned had happened to this building recently.
