Good news from a savvy reader:"This is being introduced today to City Council - Mayor Daley has proposed an ordinance to approve use of TIF funds on Wilson L station as part of an interagency deal with CTA.

But Exhibit A referred to in the posted ordinance with the actual $ figures is not posted online - probably won't be available from Clerk's office for 5-7 days. I suppose you could ask Ald Shiller for a copy but I shall not be holding my breath waiting for that response.
Can't wait to find out how many TIF dollars are allocated to "graffiti and urine stink abatement."
