City Offers Flu Shots This Fall

Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) is offering free flu shots to Chicagoans this year at over 50 locations.  None are offered in Uptown right now, but CDPH will be updating the list and you can check back.  The closest locations to Uptown are:

• Monday, October 18:  47th Ward - Welles Park Fieldhouse,
  2333 W. Sunnyside, 9am-3pm
• Friday, October 22:  Northeast Regional Senior Center,
  2019 W. Lawrence, 9am-3pm
• Tuesday, October 26:  44th Ward - Britton Budd Apartments,
  501 W. Surf, 10am-1pm
• Tuesday, October 26:  50th Ward Office,
  6199 N. Lincoln, 9am-3pm
• Monday, November 8:  Northeast Regional Senior Center, 2019 W. Lawrence, 9am-3pm
