Re-Canvassing Voters

A reader writes:

"Just an FYI – my partner and I rec’d new Voter Registration Cards and we were immediately suspicious since we didn’t make a recent change.

Well, it turns out the election board has done a recanvass of all voters which they do from time to time.  You may want to do a mention since many folks will see these new cards when they check their mail tonite."
