Although a bit hard to tell from this photo, the terracotta on the newly rehabbed Sheridan Plaza Apartments (Sheridan & Wilson) is getting a good scrub down. The terracotta on the right side (click to enlarge) has been restored. Compare that with the left side. Looking good.
