A reader sends in the following photo: "Workers were seen outside the Darlington Hotel today at Leland and Racine painting the trim around the upper levels of the building. Tuckpointing work has been completed."
Gee, MCG, why don't you ask Tanya Lawler? [rolls eyes] Or give the Darlington a jingle? Or put them up in the Wilson Men's Club or Batchelor Apartments?

How much is a room there? I have some friends coming into town and I want to impress them... they need a place to stay.

ReplyDeleteI'd like to know about the fire and safety codes. Seems uptown is notorious for lax enforcement of existing fire codes.... ala Lawrence House.
