The weather outside's delightful, so please join your neighbors for an hour of Positive Loitering tonight from 7-8 PM at the corner of Leland and Sheridan Rd. Once again, the Uptown Chicago Commission is sponsoring this neighborhood get-together to encourage neighbors to come out and meet each other and have a presence on the street.Our friends from Soggy Paws have provided treats for our four-legged friends so feel free to bring along your canine companions.
The CAPS Night Bike Ride will leave at 8PM from the same corner, so feel free to participate in both.
promises to be an exciting evening! gang activity on the corner of Sheridan and Leland at 4 pm today. group of 20 approached intersection, slipped into their white tee shirt and black cap uniforms and proceeded to beat up a rival member in the intersection. he escaped and fled south, the other 20 removed their uniforms and fled north.
