Fine, no Sox love, not getting my money. I went to the game today anyways; the weather was perfect, the fans were great and the result was obviously what we wanted.
i happen to think that crew is pretty accommodating for north side sox fans. they may not have the games on the big screens when the cubs are playing at the same time, but every time i've gone there and hoped to se the sox game, even if there's a cubs game on they'll have at least a couple TVs with the 2005 world series champion team on it.
(a different story if, say, 'project runway' is also on, but hey, comes with the territory.)
And if they aren't, all you have to do is ask and they'll likely switch to it at a TV near you!
Interesting - no "equal time" for Sox home opener?
ReplyDeleteI think you need to go to Jimbo's for that. ;-)

Thanks Brian and Gayle. While i am no longer in the Chi, it's great to see the North Side Sox fans represent.
