This is really bizarre to me. I, like larrynow, thought clean up happens when the snow is gone. Also, this SRO is in an SSA area, don't they get serviced? The block should be clean already.
How nice they're doing this.

Maybe it's community building.
ReplyDeleteMaybe it's a form of positive loitering or neighborhood watch.
In any case, I'm not going to get bent out of shape because my neighbors want to get out and make their block look nicer.
