Update: Good news! The lost dog and his owner have been reunited.
A kind reader writes: "This morning around 7 am my girlfriend was walking to work and found a dog, which is white with a little gray/brown around one of the ears and appears to be a pit bull mix, lying against a fence on Sunnyside shivering. No one was in the area, but it has a collar so must be owned by someone. We have taken him in for the time being, and can send a picture later today. If the owner reads this, or if anyone has any information they can reach me at: 248-xxx-xxxx"
