Street Lights Out / Please Call 311

A reader writes:

"Letting you know that the streetlights have been out around the intersection of Hazel and Windsor all night.

If more people can call 311 for this, it would be great (I was told by the operator that the fixing of streetlights will take up to 8 days). Thanks!"

Update: "It seems as if the timer is on backwards; the streets are on all day but off all night. I have called 311 four times already over the past few days. Please help this problem get fixed in a timely manner by calling 311."
