According to WBBM: "An Uptown resident whose car allegedly plunged 13-feet off the top level of her parking garage to the alley below while trying to make a turn is suing the parking garage operator, claiming the garage did not have the proper barriers." Read all about it here. Luckily, it appears the driver was not seriously injured.
