Well she needs to rest up for when she goes before the full council on Sept 8th. When you ask for another 50 million dollars in TIF funds and no one else in your ward supports that action, you are asking for a very very long day!
While we sincerely doubt Ald. Shiller was on vacation the entire month, this graphic was made in response to her "I was on vacation" rebuttal during the media frenzy.
The problem is, Helen is entitled to a vacation here and there, but she seems to be under the dilusion that her staff actually "communicates" with everyone. Does she know exactly how rude they (mainly Denise) are to people? I think so.

Denise has been there a long time. I am certain St. Helen is well aware of how she speaks to all "the political enemies" of the 46th ward office.
