In this bleak midwinter, when reality consists of shoveling, ice dams, and record cold, the Chicago Office of Tourism provides a glimmer of hope that spring and summer really aren't that far away.The COoT has announced its 2009 Neighborhood Tour schedule, which includes a half-day Summertime Sampler Tour of Uptown, Andersonville and Lincoln Square, at a reasonable 20 bucks per person. Tours are offered on May 29, June 26, July 24 and August 21.
