That's too easy. It's Alderman Tom Tunney Memorial "Hummer Point" along the lakefront. There is a little stand nearby where you can rent aldermanic knee pads by the hour or by the day.

I take every chance to link to this as at one point it was number three or four if you googled "Tom Tunney". I want to drive the number up. Just to irritate the neighboring alderbeast. Tommy.....do the right thing. Resign and move outta town.
Perhaps you can open your own private birding area. That would be ok. Then random closeted Republicans could stop by and get serviced in a non public place.
I have no problem with that. That's the key. In a private place.
