How It's Done In Other Wards

Read it and weep. (And make sure you're registered to vote.)

Ald. Gene Shulter (47th) has a nifty little interactive tour of Lincoln Square on the Crain's Chicago Business site. Imagine, an alderman promoting the business, history and residents of his ward!

In an article in the Reader, Ald. Bob Fioretti takes on the Second Ward’s problems one streetlight, one mailbox, and one pile of dog poop at a time. Wow, Uptown Update would (gladly) relinquish this task to the alderman. Imagine!
