"HE'S HOME!!!! Jeff and I got a call this afternoon from a vet - someone found Stash - all the way down in the LOOP!!!A good Samaritan named Todd was coming home from work when Stash came right up to him and started nuzzling his leg, so he brought him home. He and his girlfriend Hillary took him to the vet, and they scanned his microchip and found us!
After almost a month and a half missing, he's sickly skinny and his whiskers are singed off - but he's healthy and he's home. Thank you so much to everyone who helped and loved us through this - the outpouring of support from the community was overwhelming, and will never be able to say thank you enough."
This is good, good news. I don't know you or Stash, but I always kept an eye out for him when out in the 'hood. As a cat owner myself, I share your joy and relief. Have fun putting some meat back on his bones!
