Just a reminder that many of the streets around Lawrence and Broadway will be unavailable for parking Sunday evening and Monday. It's a tow zone, so don't be caught!If you park on the street, you might want to locate a legal spot now, because you won't be able to street park from 7 p.m. on Sunday until 11 p.m. on Monday. Wow things are seriously hopping in the neighborhood this morning. There are 20-30 semis parked up and down Broadway, Lawrence, Winthrop, and in all the parking lots around the Aragon, the Uptown Bank building. Catering crews were out cooking omelets this morning, while security milled about everywhere keeping close tabs on things. The Kinetic Playground has been converted into a massive impromptu makeup studio, and dozens of people can be seen under the Lawrence El tracks in attire circa the early 1930s. Depp's black & tan SUV has been spotted outside the Chase bank @ Lawrence/Winthrop.
ReplyDeleteThe first trucks started arriving around 9pm last night and by 6am the entire network of trucks seemed operational.
