Its the red brick building on the corner of Wilson and Hazel. Its street level windows are unfortunately covered.
You are correct! It's Wilson Care on the Hazel side, and faces Arai/Uptlift on the Wilson side. A really amazing building with all the faces and shields going all the way around the entire structure.
