For those of you who didn't attend the presentation at tonight's "What's Uptown" event, you might have been curious to see the specs on the soon to be completed Uptown Broadway building rehab at 4707 N. Broadway. Here they are in all their glory. "Potbelly's" or "FatBurger," if you are scouting for new locations, look no further...hint hint.
One thing that is missing from all the publicity surrounding this project is its completion date? Does anyone have any notion of when that might be?
ReplyDeleteAnthony, the Baum Realty leasing agent, stated June 2008 several times in his presentation. Let's hope that they stick to that schedule.
