We pass by this building often at Sheridan and Irving and wonder what is going on with it. There is a "Chase Bank" and some restaurants below but the second floor has been covered in paper for a while now and the building is in need of some TLC. Anyone have info on this?

It has gorgeous ornaments. It is so much nicer than it was a few years ago. I hope it gets the TLC it needs.
ReplyDeleteI believe the owner of the title of the building is Lou Wolfe - a well known slum lord .... the building is located in the 44th ward - so call st tom tunney and ask what's up with this...
