Windows were added to the second floor of the Riv on the north side of the building. This project is buzzing right along and its looking great.Update: Here is a higher resolution pic (above) of the Riviera Building from 1924 courtesy of the "Theatre Historical Society." Notice the panes in the second level match the original picture from 1924 (a bit hard to notice but enlarge both pics).
Just as an interesting sidenote, the folks doing this rehab are doing it to pretty exacting standards. We saw a higher resolution photo of this building and noticed that even the new windows have the EXACT same off center panes as the original design.
