I realize that this is not good for the Uptown area, but the fact remains that if you are a constructive, law abiding, member of the community your chances of meeting this same fate is nill. On the hand, if you are out at all hours of the morning, selling drugs, domesticating then welcome to the jungle. Is this Daley's new social policy to clean up Uptown?
Its illegal to carry a gun. Is it illegal to carry a knife or a ice pick? The criminals are getting worse and what protection do we have? I am scared for my wife coming home late from work and I'm scared for myself and our kids.
