No to sound too stupid, but I wonder what this really means in terms of further delay. So they have to remove a ton of dirt and then either lay down new dirt and/or a concrete barrier. Will this add months or are we talking more than a year here? What do you guys think?

read carefully: it's remove some soil OR lay down new dirt OR cover with asphalt
Either way, I'm curious as to how much longer that will take.
