HOW: Anyone can bring an unloaded gun, (firearm- shotgun, rifle,
automatic, semi- automatic, pistol or revolver) to any one of 23
locations and receive a $100 Prepaid MasterCard per gun.
Attendees may bring in a BB, replica or air gun and receive a
$10 Prepaid MasterCard per gun
