We came across a rendering of the proposed development at 3660 N. Lakeshore and wondered if this was going to break ground anytime soon. We had heard that the architect on this project was Solomon Cordwell Buenz, the same firm behind Block 37 and the upcoming Mandarin Oriental Hotel downtown. We have an email into the firm and will relay any info. In the meantime, any residents of 3660 N. Lakeshore have any updates?
Great blog, just found it. I am an uptown resident and used to work in the health club at 3660 N. LSD where the proposed 2nd building is going. In the mail lobby there is a poster of that rendering (or there was, months ago when I was last there). You might contact American INVSCO, who has an office in that building. I don't think they are the property managers but they do a lot of condo/rental business in the building. They would probably have the 411. Good luck. Have a nice day.
