Yo Chicago, the Lights on Broadway development at Leland and Broadway is temporarily on hold due to the developers moving slower than anticipated. Robert Darrow, an
@properties agent handling sales for the project, expects the sales to resume in the next several months once the developers finish the model units.
To be perfectly honest, i am not happy with this developer. He booted one of the best examples of Uptown Diversity -- the Uptown Snack Shop.

He'll probably still get his money, but i just don't think it's right...
Oh, forgot to mention that they also didn't pay a utlity bill, and last time i checked, had a sticker on the window of the Snack Shop sayinghow that utility would be cut off.
