Lights on Broadway Development Temporarily on Hold

According to Yo Chicago, the Lights on Broadway development at Leland and Broadway is temporarily on hold due to the developers moving slower than anticipated. Robert Darrow, an
@properties agent handling sales for the project, expects the sales to resume in the next several months once the developers finish the model units.

  1. To be perfectly honest, i am not happy with this developer. He booted one of the best examples of Uptown Diversity -- the Uptown Snack Shop.

They trashed a 47-year Uptown institution for no reason.

He'll probably still get his money, but i just don't think it's right...

  2. Oh, forgot to mention that they also didn't pay a utlity bill, and last time i checked, had a sticker on the window of the Snack Shop sayinghow that utility would be cut off.
