Progress On Montrose

851 W. Montrose, now the home of renovated studios by CityPads

The former Hazelton at 851 W. Montrose is now nearing completion and the renovated studios are available starting September 1.

You might recall that City Pads purchased the building last year and has been hard at work renovating the building. The balconies along Montrose, especially the top floor, are absolutely beautiful. These units will be steps from the upcoming Treasure Island Grocers, and steps to the beach.

The Montrose corridor has really undergone a transformation in the last few years.
