Safe to say the Sheridan Park neighborhood rejoiced when it was first announced that Jared Leonard was bringing his Budlong Hot Chicken and BBQ Supply Co. to the corner of Beacon and Wilson. We are now learning more about the fusion of these two brands and what to expect. The "Beacon St. Market" website went live this morning and mentions Budlong Hot Chicken and BBQ Supply Co. but it also mentions "Norm's Deli", a nod to the history of the building that was once known as the Norman Hotel.
