Cedar Street has sold 6 buildings in Uptown (including 4875 N. Magnolia) and Edgewater to market-rate management company CLK Properties. The profits from these sales will allow Cedar Street to purchase, rehab, and develop even more properties in Uptown and other parts of Chicago.
