Weiss Hospital will provide free health screenings for blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, carotid artery blockage, vascular health, and balance and strength testing. Doctors from Weiss Hospital will host classes on managing foot and ankle pain, improving circulation, stroke prevention, and what to expect during a visit to the urologist. 27 additional vendors will participate and offer free resources.
