The Porch Of "Uptown Porch" Returns

We've been following the progress on the rehab of 4712 N. Malden into "Uptown Porch," part of the neighboring Lakeview Church of Christ.

Extensive tuckpointing, a new roof and windows and now a new porch have been added to the historic home.

We love seeing neglected homes brought back to life!
