The city of Chicago is looking for beta testers in various locations around Chicago. There will be three sessions in the afternoon and early evening this Thursday, November 28th, at Truman College.
"311 User Testing Sessions. The City of Chicago is upgrading its 311 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and we are looking for early testers of the new technology.
