Welcome to UPTOWN CAFE & GALLERY, which has its first show this weekend, featuring the works of painter Ron Fortier.
There will be an exhibit preview on Saturday between 4pm-6pm, followed by the solo exhibition between 7pm and 9pm. The official gallery opening will be Sunday between noon and 4pm.
Uptown Cafe & Gallery is a family-owned new business located at 5010 North Sheridan, between Kie Gol Lanee and Tweet. It promises to bring "Coffee - Tea - Snacks - Art" to our community.
The hours are Monday to Thursday 6:30am - 8pm; Friday and Saturday 6:30am - 11pm; and Sunday 6:30am - 3pm.
