One of the unfortunate side effects of the state's budget crisis was the closure of the Uptown Ministry at the end of June.
The 6,768 square foot building is now up for sale according to the sign outside the building at 4720 N. Sheridan. The real estate company marketing the building is Hilco Real Estate.
