I used to have a gym membership at Margate Park. I loved that gym. Last year, I worked-out there for a couple of weeks, but laziness got the best of me, and I stopped going.
There used to be a lot of off-duty cops that pumped iron there, and we used to trade fitness tips.
I know this has nothing to do with Yoga, but your post triggered that memory. :-)
