While a few residents in Sheridan Park opine about the abundance of coffee shops, those living near the Argyle corridor have been opining about the lack of coffee shops.
This news should thrill the latter!
"First Sip Cafe" is coming soon to 1057 W. Argyle, next door to UU favorite "Hai Yen". They have a Facebook page you can peruse here, as well as a website here. The Instagram feed shows lots of tea drinks, but it is safe to assume they will have java as well! No word on when you can get your caffeine fix, but we will keep you posted!
