Bark In The Park On May 5th

It's back, for the 18th year!  The Anti-Cruelty Society's Fundraiser and 5K walk, "Bark In The Park," takes place on May 5th at Montrose Harbor, where thousands of dogs and owners will congregate, starting at 9am.  It's $35 to register to participate in the walk -- you can do so here.  If you can't walk, sponsor a walker and help ACS continue its good work.

In addition to the 5K walk, activities include agility courses, demonstrations, product samples from small business sponsors, Animal Intuitive Denise
Zak, a family fun tent—plus free snacks, souvenir photos, 50/50 cash raffle, and much more. Dogs (and owners) who are socially adept are welcome to come enjoy the day.  Go to this link to register to join in the fundraising 5K and get more information about the event.
