Missing Person Last Seen In Uptown

Tiffany Beard, age 19, is a missing person in the Uptown area. She was was last seen on Sunday, June 19th, at 820 W Lawrence, en route to Foster Avenue Beach. She is 5'4", 160 lbs, brown eyes, black hair, and light complexion. She has nose, lip and ear piercings and blonde highlights in her hair.
