From Ald. Schulter's (47th Ward) weekly newsletter: "Construction also continues on the streetscape projects on Clark and Irving Park. Clark is almost complete. The tree installation will continue next week along with limited landscaping including planting, soil installation, and restoration. Paver, crosswalk, and irrigation installation is also scheduled for next week.
Please remember the local businesses on Irving Park and Clark. While these improvements will have a positive effect on the neighborhoods once completed, the construction period is a hard time for many of these businesses. Your support helps ensure their vitality. Please continue to shop locally and visit the shops on Clark St. and on Irving Park Rd."
