We spotted a flurry of activity at Broadway and Irving at the upcoming "Taco Del Mar" location. The business is actually taking up two retail spaces as there are entrances on both Broadway and Irving. From the looks of the interior, the place has a hip, surfer vibe going on. For those of you interested, Taco Del Mar is now hiring and accepting applications.
UU Note: According to the Taco Del Mar website, this is the first location in Illinois.
Great Mexican food chain, we had these out in Seattle and their fish tacos were awesome.
