Uptownjen, you are correct!The building (right next to Dunkin Donuts) was at one point a "tied house," i.e., a Schlitz franchised tavern. There are some old pictures of the building, as well as some other tied houses, here.
Are you sure it's not another cleverly disguised Alderbeast "spiderhole" entrance? She must be hiding somewhere to avoid all the block clubs.
