I checked the # to verify that it wasn't just a coincidence... although this isn't in the 11th district, it's odd that he would be the atty listed, unless he's the person who bought it? I lived in that old building that was torn down 45 years ago. The neighborhood was much different then, but things are cyclical so it will revitalize slowly. Be patient Uptown dwellers.
