It is literally on the edge of Uptown, so I am not sure how keen everyone would be on that. I think there are better ways to deal with this issue.<BR/><BR/>Instead of marches, how about a better-organized neighborhood watch group? I'm sure some of the concerned Uptown homeowners have large dogs like Rotweilers and Pitbulls... I'm sure some of us are large intimidating men... So, it appears my timing is not possible to pull something like this off this summer. I know you love raining on others parade, but its just because you can't stand anyone else trying to make a difference.
