It was a month or more on Mom&amp;#39;s refunds. The forms are in the link in the original post. The homeowner's exemption wasn't ap...</title><content type='html'>Good advice. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The homeowner&amp;#39;s exemption wasn&amp;#39;t applied to a neighbor&amp;#39;s tax bill. They&amp;#39;re filing a correction now and will receive a large refund. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My mother failed to apply for the senior freeze.
