Superior Donuts Times Two

If you're a fan of Superior Donuts, the Uptown-set (but Hollywood-filmed) CBS sitcom, a double dose of good news:

• The series will return for Season 2 on Monday, October 30th. Diane Guerrero will join the cast as a new character who opens a food truck that sells healthy organic food and parks it in front of the donut shop.
• At the exact time of the Season 2 opener (8:30pm on Monday), four stars of the show will be appearing at Zanies comedy club in Old Town. See Jermaine Fowler (Franco), David Koechner (Tush), Maz Jobrani (Fawz) and Rell Battle (Sweatpants) live on stage. $25 plus two-drink minimum; buy tickets here.
