Rosh Hashanah Services To Be Held Thursday Evening in Uptown

Uptown's Chabad House will hold a short Rosh Hashanah service Thursday evening at 5:30pm, followed by a walk to the lake.

"Inspirational one hour service, includes thought provoking sermon, hearing the sounds of the Shofar and enjoying holiday refreshments. Followed by a walk to Lake Michigan for Tashlich where we symbolically cast away our sins, baggage and other stuff as we begin the New Year."
