Dollop Coming To Clark Street?

Dollop coffee shop started out in Uptown 11 years ago, and it looks like it may be adding another store here soon.

According to business permits filed last week and referenced made available at BuildZoom, a new coffee shop will open at 5060 North Clark, at Carmen. A source tells us that the owner is Daniel Weiss and that the coffee shop is Dollop.

It will join Jet's Pizza, which is also scheduled to open at 5058 North Clark, in the new building that replaced Tokyo Marina last year.
